Why mention CSOS?
The estate’s governing rules was submitted to CSOS for approval. The rules were developed collaboratively by a legal expert, the Board of Directors, and estate members. The rules are currently in effect.

Design Guidelines

Although the estate is fully developed, the design guidelines aim to encourage individual creativity while maintaining a consistent character of materials and finishes. This ensures the estate retains a harmonious appearance and supports a balanced lifestyle for all residents.

Renovations and Improvements

Any alterations, renovations, or improvements must be carried out with consideration for neighbouring properties and the overall appearance of the estate.

  • Construction should be managed efficiently and without unnecessary delays.
  • Disruption to neighbours must be minimised wherever possible.
  • Work areas should remain neat and visually acceptable throughout the construction process.
  • All improvements are subject to aesthetic approval by the Company.

Architectural Considerations

All building alterations and improvements should respect the natural features of the estate, including existing vegetation, landscape, and topography.

Designs should:

  • Follow sound architectural principles
  • Complement the surrounding homes and environment

Preserve the overall visual harmony of the neighbourhood

Conduct Rules and Regulations

The Rules and Regulations are designed to protect the long-term value, character, and integrity of the estate. They provide a clear framework that supports the smooth day-to-day management of the estate while promoting a safe, respectful, and well-maintained community for all residents.

By following these guidelines, residents help ensure the estate remains an attractive, well-managed, and enjoyable place to live now and in the future.
